Should the material under the Investigation, Exoneration, and Lawsuit subheading be edited so that it reads as below, which is as per the edit at Special:Diff/1193525256, such that this becomes the established consensus for this section until such time that alternative consensus is established?
"On June 30, 2022, the Puerto Rico Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions (OCIF) announced they had suspended the operations of Puerto Rico-based Euro Pacific International Bank, which officials said was under suspicion of facilitating money laundering and offshore tax evasion.[3][4] The OCIF ordered Euro Pacific Bank to be shut down due to insufficient capitol. In a latter settlement the regulators acknowledged the bank did have sufficient cash at hand.[5] Schiff claimed the OCIF actions were due to the allegations by 60 Minutes Australia, The Age newspaper, and the subsequent investigations, saying, "There was no way those allegations were true, but once those stories broke, the bank's business imploded".[5] Operation Atlantis yielded no charges of money laundering or any other illegal activity.[5] In 2022 Schiff filed civil action against the Nine Network and The Age newspaper for defamation over the Australian 60 Minutes interview and subsequent Age articles.[6] On November 21 the civil action was settled.[6] As part of the settlement, Schiff was paid more than $360,000 by Nine Networks and The Age, and all versions of the broadcast were permanently removed by the respondents.[6]" Additionally should the subheading be adjusted such that it reads "Investigation and Lawsuit" instead of "Investigation, Exoneration, and Lawsuit"? There is a rough consensus (see the RfC a few thread above this one) to change away from this, but not yet a consensus on what to replace it with. — SMcCandlish ☏ ¢ 😼 21:48, 27 December 2023 (UTC) |
Should Batman returns have be regarded as one of the best Batman films, superhero films and sequels ever on its legacy page ? For Batman films there’s been only around 10 live action films so that should be far too few to say it’s one of the best. For both best superhero films or sequels most of its sources are list from websites no single consensus from critics and the sources it uses are mostly outside of the top 20 such as this source from rotten tomatoes [7]l this source has it as the 95th best sequel ever which is nowhere near a good enough source that it’s one of the best ever or this source [8] which has it has the 41st sequel.Coop14677 (talk) 17:22, 25 December 2023 (UTC) |
should the segment on the "sex update", which was added, then removed for being about a mod, then added again (by me) for being relevant and having a source to back it up, and now removed again for lacking relevancy, be kept?
