Autopatrolled

User:Ibjaja055

I have been creating for more than two years and I have created 241 standing articles. I am a new page reviewer, I do reduce the workload at AfC and actively involve in Afd discussions. Iam seeking this user right to reduce the backlog of new page reviewers. Ibjaja055 (talk) 23:50, 23 December 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

@Ibjaja055 I looked through your last five creations and two of them had orphan tags. I you address those (and any others) I'll continue my review. HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 15:54, 27 December 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]
@HJ Mitchell thank you very much. I will address them. Ibjaja055 (talk) 17:38, 27 December 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]
@HJ Mitchell the two orphaned articles have been resolved. It must have skipped my mind. Thank you. Ibjaja055 (talk) 18:37, 27 December 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

User:Thief-River-Faller

Thief-River-Faller has started more than 400 articles and only 2 have been deleted. They have been editing since October 2021. Bruxton (talk) 00:05, 7 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

A few more than that have been deleted. XTools shows three, but misses Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Tamashii, Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Peder Engelstad Pioneer Village and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Rafat Abu Hilal. Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Murad Abu Murad is still open but probably heading towards deletion. There are also multiple, recent notifications about inadequate attribution when copying within Wikipedia on their talk page.  Not done. – Joe (talk) 08:29, 8 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Joe Roe Thank you for checking. During NPP I have come across a few other editors who consistently get their articles marked as reviewed. I found a few candidates who may qualify for the perm and I thought that would help reduce our backlog. I may just message them and have them make their own requests. Bruxton (talk) 15:55, 8 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]
You're also very welcome to keep nominating them directly. It's really helpful. The user above was a close call; the deletions are still a small proportion of their creations, and if they weren't so recent, and there weren't also the copying concerns... – Joe (talk) 08:17, 9 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Bruxton, in line with this talk page item, my preference is for you to nominate users rather than those users self-nominating. There is absolutely no expectation that your nominations should subsequently almost always get approved by admins. It takes a bit of time to go through somebody's contributions and you are most welcome to act on a gut feel. It's the job of the admins patrolling here to do the thorough work; there's no point duplicating efforts. Keep at it; it's useful work. Schwede66 08:58, 9 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]
